Atkinson and Shiffrin (1968) may have some info on this. Can't find any original studies for them, though.

Kevin: GUYS, we need to add one more victim to each person. We need 3 trials, a control/random, a positive list, and a negative list. Currently we have 5 ppl per person, but if we increased it to 6 ppl per person, we can do 2 controls, 2 positives, and 2 negatives each. So go do it.

Thank you for participating in our study for IB Psychology <name>. Today we will be looking at how first impressions are made based on described traits of a person. Please answer as honestly as possible.
I will read a list of six words to you that describes a fictional person. When I finish, please rate the person on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being very unlikable, and 10 being very likable. Do you have any questions?
